Phone:
Good: The interface is similar to the very familiar Skype interface which makes it easy to use. The sound quality is good and the phone has never dropped a call. It has nice key feel and the keys are big enough not to get crossed when typing in a contact or number. The contacts synch with your computer Skype account when you sign into the phone. You never have to sign in again as long as you keep the phone charged.
Bad: The battery life is horrible. I cannot leave the phone sitting out over night or it goes dead. More battery life would definitely be an improvement I'd like to see. The first few days of use the phone would "hang" and lockup when waking up from sleep mode. This problem has since worked its way out of the system. The automatic firmware update took care of it (I think).
Package Deal:
I opted for the package with the car charger, USB charger, and the accessories. The earpiece, stand, and wall charger come with the phone already. I thought the deal was OK for an extra $20 for the USB charger and car charger. I have found the USB charger to be useful.
Overall, the phone has been everything I expected it to be. I would like to see a speakerphone added to the next generation.
Opinion: I do not understand why Skype phones are so "behind the curve". It seems a firmware update of a cell phone with a Wi-Fi connection would get many of the features we have come to expect from cell phones and transfer them to the Skype platform.

This phone is fantastic! It is nice and small, compact an easy to carry with me wherever I go. About 1/2 the size of my Blackberry.
It immediately picks up the WiFi signal automatically as soon as I am within range of the WiFi signal. No searching required.
Sound quality is crystal clear and loud enough to hear even in a noisy restaurant without having to plug in my ear buds.
It uses all of the Skype features available through Skype and easily stores my 12,000+ contaccts phone book.
I also like the feature to charge the phone using a USB connection to my laptop so I don't have to carry the charger with me.
The only improvement that I would suggest is a speakerphone. I'm used to using the speakerphone on my Blackberry and find it a very convenient feature.

This product has been everything that has been promised. Very easy to setup, connected without a hassle to the WPA2 network I use and within no time, I was up and running. Call clarity is excellent, accessories sent with the phone are as promised. Enjoying every minute of usage and keep hoping to save lot of dollars on international calls.

I had previously installed an IPEVO device at my office, now with the IPEVO 20-20 installed at home I have free phone communication. This device works great, is very easy to setup and has all features I wanted. I feared it could not be configured with password enabled wireless networks, but no problem, it took the WPA key I have setup in my home wireless router with no problem. Only concern is battery life, as I left it out of its charging cradle for 1 day and charge was empty. Mostly recommended, and if it lowers its price I may get another for me when I'm on the street or travel.

I have been using the phone for like a week now. I love it!!! I have been using skype and skype-in for over 3 years now and with a calling plan for like a year. I live in Europe and my family in the states. I decided to look into alternatives to have skype available w/o any computer. I did a lot of research and this wifi phone, among all, had the best reviews overall so I decided to give it a shot. So far so good, I love the sound quality and so does my mom and everybody else. Sometimes people had issues hearing me,specially when I called from the skype in my cellphone, even though I could hear them so clearly.
Now they can call me and I dont need a computer on in order to receive calls and make calls, plus sound quality is awesome. The phone looks and feels just like a cellphone, so we always have it laying around and at night we put it in its cradle to charge.
We don't have a landline at home, so skype has replace the local calling too but the thing is that we didnt always have the computer on and starting it just to use skype was a pain so our cellphone bill was pretty high. Now we have the phone available 24/7. It has been a major change for us.
