Great Phone April 16, 2010 Carol & Allen fritz Purchased phone for when we travel. It was easy to use and very light.
We loved it.
Sort of works with SIP VOIP April 10, 2010 John B. Kendrick III (Sheridan, WY) This review is for people wanting to use this phone for SIP VOIP providers other than SKYPE and free third-party softphones. I am using it with SIPGATE but I think just about any other SIP provider would also work. I was wanting to use it with the excellent free X-Lite softphone. I was able to make that work great on my old office computer running Microsoft XP. Basically all of the buttons, keypad, microphone and speaker work. I'll probably get a year's worth of use out of this phone before I put that old 'puter out to pasture.
On my laptop running Microsoft Vista, it was a different story. With the USB phone plugged in the X-Lite software immediately died with a fatal error. I installed the X-Tenn driver that is supposed to make this phone work with X-Lite and the driver immediately died when the USB phone was plugged into the USB Port. I finally abandoned X-Lite and started using a rather inferior and very simple softphone provided by my SIP provider SIPGATE. I was able to get the speaker and microphone to work but not the keypad. Basically, as another reviewer noted, this product is not VISTA compatible. It is kind of pathetic that they are still marketing a product that is at least 5 years out of date and not providing updated drivers. I wish I had just bought a headset. This phone was not very expensive but it is kind of a waste of money unless you have an antique computer and plan to keep using it for a few more years.
USB VOIP Skype Phone March 22, 2010 J. Roy This phone worked fine for a couple of months. Now the keypad doesn't work but I can still make calls from the PC and use the phone to talk. I would typically make a call from my Skype address book so it's not a big deal.

The phone works well with skype but you could really do the same thing with a mouse.
Dont bother! September 22, 2009 Fred Adams (Iraq) 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
What a dissapointment....
Software wanted to install its own operating system and caused me grief to no end.
I un-installed the software and canned the phone.
Dont waste your money here
