I am a small woman and this headset snapped. The price is good and when I was using it the sound quality was good. Have an extra pair because they break easily.

The first one i got didn't work. I reported back to the seller, and they immediately sent me a replacement. That one worked as expected. Sound quality is good - although maybe not as great as speaking into the receiver. But for those who are worried about the effects of bluetooth, this is a good wired alternative. Easy to use - can't go wrong there.

I was looking for headsets for my company and these are God Sent!! I was looking at Plantronics and they are quite expensive even for a base headset and decided to look online at Amazon. After a few page views I found this seller and the price was very affordable. I needed over 20 of these, some being used in US and some in the UK. We have been using this for over a year and all of them are running fine with no issues whatsoever. We plug them in to any of our existing VOIP phones and they function very well.
I would definitely come back to the same seller if I need more of these in the future. Great product!!!

So I purchased this headset for my job. I'm constantly on the phone and figured that this would be a good deal. Unfortunately anyone on the receiving end could barely hear me. I tried adjusting the microphone and still had complaints. The sound quality was ok but if you are in a noisy environment, get a headset with two speakers. Put your money into a better headset and don't by this one.
